The following is an outline of the process we will go through with you for a bespoke design and build for an AirClad project being run from our designers. This process may be slightly different if we reworking an existing planned AirClad design or with your own architects plans.

Consultation and Site Visits
Subject the location and project scale we can make site visits anywhere in the world. We will help develop a refine the brief and put together with you a detailed design and build program to suit your needs. It is very important to ensure your project is planned well and that you are able to set a set of priorities to the needs of the final building.
This will also be the stage to evaluate if you need planning permission for your AirClad.

Pre design sketches and budget defining
Initial sketchs and reference images will help to form the outline of your project. These will be used in consultation with yourself to assess the fixed costs in relation to what is needed from the AirClad. This phase may well involve and number of meeting or exchanges of presentations.

Working Drawings and Computer Visualisation based on indicative engineering
This is an ideal phase to ensure the look of the final AirClad meets the desired effect you want. We are able to produce very accurate like for like visuals and fly throughs. The visualisations are all developed from correct proportioned and scaled drawings. These drawings will be made with realistic engineered sizes.
These drawings will be used for planning if needed and the visualisations can also be used to help with planning if required for helping convince authorities for permissions and look.

Planning Permissions
To be addressed as needed in relation to the project

Working Drawings and Site specific Engineering
At this stage we will be finalising the drawings and getting all the site specific engineering signed off and for approval as needed.

Production
The production is all done in the UK and virtually everything is CNC manufactured from our original files which helps each project to run smoothly on site. In certain cases we will manufacture in another country where the structure is to be installed subject the project and local suppliers available to produce components from our files.

Delivery
All structures come flat packed and palletised for transportation. Everything is designed to ship as efficiently as possible and be able to get to the most restrictive sites where other structures may not be able to be installed in.

Installation and Project management
The installation of the AirClad structures can be made from your own crew with one of our site mangers or by our own crew. All AirClad structures come with a full build manual, care instructions and warranty.

Service
Once you have your AirClad if there is anything further you may need we will be able to support you with telephone and internet data. Plus as with all our buildings we can send service crew to site.
